Your hard work deserves fast, reliable payouts! Here’s everything you need to know about when and how you get paid.

Payout Period

Your sales for the week are grouped into a Payout Period that runs from:
📅 Sunday at 12:00 AM to Saturday at 11:59 PM

🔹 Example: The first payout period of the year runs from Sunday, January 1st to Saturday, January 7th.

How Payouts Are Calculated

At Dozen, we believe in keeping things simple and transparent. Your payout is based on your total Gross Sales during the Payout Period: 

✅ You keep 85% of your gross sales – straight to your pocket.
✅ Dozen retains 15% to cover platform costs, marketing, and growth.
✅ No hidden fees! Dozen takes care of all credit card fees, sales tax, and discounts so you don’t have to.

When You Get Paid

💰 Your earnings will be deposited the following Wednesday after each Payout Period.
🔹 Example: If you make sales from January 1st to January 7th, your payout will be deposited on Wednesday, January 11th.
🔹 This ensures all transactions are cleared before your funds are sent.

How You’ll Get Paid

✔ Payments are sent directly to your PayPal or Venmo account (whichever method you selected in your store).
✔ You’ll receive a payout notification via email.
✔ Dozen Seller Dashboard (Coming Soon!) will provide payout details in the future.
