Welcome to Dozen LLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, including our website and mobile applications (the “Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Dozen, a platform that connects home bakers (“Sellers”)
with individuals seeking to purchase homemade baked goods
(“Buyers”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use
of Dozen’s website, mobile application, and services (“Platform”). By
accessing or using Dozen, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If
you do not agree, do not use Dozen.
2. Program Name: Dozen Marketing Alerts + Alerts
Program Description:
By opting in to Dozen Marketing +Alerts, you agree to receive marketing and promotional messages from Dozen LLC, which may include transactional updates about orders, products, services, cart reminders and special offers. Messages may be sent via SMS.
Opt-Out/Stop Information:
You may opt out of the program at any time by replying STOP to the 01 US 10 DLC code. We will send a final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Carrier Liability:
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Role of Dozen
Dozen is a technology and marketing platform that facilitates
transactions between independent Sellers and Buyers. Dozen does
not produce, inspect, package, store, or deliver any food products.
Sellers are fully responsible for their goods, compliance with local
laws, and the quality and safety of the food they provide. Dozen
assumes no liability for any issues related to food safety, delivery, or
transactions between Buyers and Sellers.
4. Eligibility
To use Dozen, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of
majority in your jurisdiction.
Dozen is currently only available for users located in Utah. Sellers
may not participate if prohibited by applicable law.
Sellers must comply with all applicable health, safety, and food
preparation regulations in their area.
5.Payment processing and fees
Sellers agree that all payments are processed through Dozen.
Dozen collects the full payment from Buyers and remits 85% of the
gross sales to Sellers, retaining 15% as a platform fee.
Payments to Sellers will be made on a weekly basis, with the ability
for Dozen to pay more frequently at its discretion.
Dozen reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of disputes,
chargebacks, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Product Listings: Prohibited Items
Dozen is an on-demand marketplace for shelf-stable, homemade baked goods. To maintain a consistent and
reliable experience for all users, the following items are not allowed:
Any item that violates applicable food safety laws or Dozen’s quality standards.
Listings that do not meet these guidelines will be removed, and repeated violations may result in account
suspension.
Made-to-order or pre-order items: All listings must reflect inventory that is ready for sale at the time of
posting. Dozen does not support future-dated availability or delayed production.
Non-food items: Crafts, candles, apparel, merchandise, or any products that are not edible baked goods are
not allowed.
6. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
